About the role

Roslagsbostäder owns approximately 2,100 apartments distributed across three management areas in Norrtälje Municipality. As a property manager in Norrtälje, you will have personnel and financial responsibility for an area with about 1,200 apartments. The role involves both technical and financial responsibility for the properties through active work with case management and maintenance processes.

You will work closely with other property managers and departments within Roslagsbostäder. The position reports directly to the head of management.

Your main responsibilities

· Lead and develop the district's staff

· Assist the head of management with budget monitoring within the area of responsibility

· Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, contractor orders, and key management

· Drive smaller projects, such as renovating laundry rooms and painting facades

· Be responsible for purchasing goods and services

· Participate in the development of maintenance plans and ensure that decided actions are implemented

· Follow up on quality in areas and with contractors

· Ensure clear communication to tenants, employees, and contractors

· Be responsible for the move-in and move-out process

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need documented experience as a manager with personnel responsibility. You are used to leading and developing employees and have the ability to create structure and engagement within the team.

You have a post-secondary education or equivalent competence in property management.

It is an advantage if you have worked with property administrative systems and possess knowledge in rental law and property economics.

Good computer skills and a B driver's license are required.
